What this policy covers

This policy covers the A&C Labs marketing website and requests you send through its demo form. The separate A&C Labs reports workspace has different features and may process connected email, calendar, and reporting information. When you use that workspace, the privacy terms and notices presented there or in your agreement apply to that service.

Information we collect

• Demo requests: the phone number or email address you choose to provide, your selected contact method, and the content of your message if you contact us directly.
• Basic technical information: our hosting and network providers may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request time to deliver and protect the website. Our form endpoint also uses an IP address temporarily for basic abuse prevention.
• Font requests: this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve them, and Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

The demo form does not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not include confidential client, lobbying, or matter information in a demo request.

How we use information

We use demo contact details to respond to your request and arrange a demonstration. We use technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and to limit abusive form submissions. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles.

How information is shared

When you submit a demo request, we use Resend to deliver it to A&C Labs at admin@aandclabs.com. We also rely on our website hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the site. These providers process information to provide their services under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect our rights or the safety of others, or support a business transfer. We do not otherwise disclose demo-request contact details to third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and security

Demo requests are delivered to our business email account; this website does not maintain a separate demo-request database. We keep request information while we follow up and for as long as reasonably needed for business records, legal obligations, or resolving disputes, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. Technical logs and information handled by service providers are retained under their configurations and policies. The temporary form-abuse counter is held in memory and is not a customer request database.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and similar technologies

The marketing website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. The form uses your browser to create a random request identifier to prevent duplicate email submissions; it is kept in the page and sent with the form, not stored as a cookie. Hosting or linked services may use technologies necessary to provide or secure their services.

Your privacy choices

You can choose not to submit the demo form. If you have sent us a demo request, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the contact information in it by emailing admin@aandclabs.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your request before acting.

Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy laws cover our business, you may have additional rights, such as requesting access to, correction or deletion of personal information, or appealing a decision about a request. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to you.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
